Working Foreman

In this varied role, you will combine leadership with hands-on work on the shop floor. You will ensure that the preservation process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all daily activities within the Preservation Department;

• Working hands-on as an Industrial Sprayer and/or Blaster;

• Managing, coaching, and motivating the team;

• Supporting the line coordinator with various operational tasks;

• Orienting, training, and mentoring new colleagues.
